We currently ship to the following locations:
- United States (All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
- Canada
- International destinations (Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country)
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
a. Standard Shipping:
- United States: 5-7 business days, starting at $7.99.
- Canada: 7-10 business days, starting at $14.99.
- International: 10-15 business days, rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight of the order.
b. Expedited Shipping:
- United States: 2-3 business days, starting at $19.99.
- Canada: 3-5 business days, starting at $29.99.
- International: Expedited shipping is available to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout.
c. Express Shipping:
- United States: 1-2 business days, rates starting at $29.99.
- International: Express shipping available upon request; please contact us for rates.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak times or sales events, order processing times may be slightly extended.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.
6. International Shipping and Customs
For international orders:

- Customs Delays: International shipments may be delayed by customs processing. Alaska Native Storyteller is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately:

- Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please email us with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
9. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alaskanativestoryteller.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made.
