- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Digital downloads or software
- Opened or used products (e.g., jewelry, textiles)
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@alaskanativestoryteller.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item(s) back.
- Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Alaska Native Storyteller is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not returned in their original condition or are missing parts.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@alaskanativestoryteller.com to arrange an exchange.
